is a graduate of Williams College and Cornell Law School (with specialization in international legal affairs). He is admitted to practice in Saudi Arabia and in New York, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the U.S. Court of International Trade. Before establishing his own practice, he was associated with the law firm of White & Case and served as an officer of Morgan Guaranty Trust Co. He is a founder of the Arab American Bank in New York and served as a member of its board of directors from 1976-80. He is also a founder of the U.S.-Arab Chamber of Commerce in New York. |
