Representative aviation and maritime matters (see also ‘Litigation and Dispute Resolution‘ and ‘Tax‘):
* We represented a national flag carrier in its construction and acquisition financing of six state-of-the-art very large crude carriers (‘VLCCs’).
* We defend our airline and ocean carrier clients against claims brought by passengers, commercial counterparties and others, as well as prosecute collection claims on their behalf against customers and other counterparties.
