Prior to joining Wohabe Law Offices, Mr. Fischer worked at the New York firms of Frankfurt, Garbus, Klein & Selz and Parker, Chapin representing small and mid-size companies raising capital in the private markets.Previously, Mr. Fischer served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Cambrian Corporation, New York, NY, wholly owned by a European family, with responsibility for international structuring and legal matters relating to operating businesses with sales over $1 billion and real estate, leveraged buy-out and venture capital portfolios. Mr. Fischer started his career in the New York and Paris offices of Cravath, Swaine & Moore, where he represented multinational corporations such as Unilever, Royal Dutch Shell and Nestle in a broad range of corporate and securities matters.

Mr. Fischer is a graduate of Yale University (BA) and Columbia Law School (JD) and attended the University of WÃ¼rzburg (Germany) under the Fulbright program.
