Transactions and Projects in the Gulf States

Advising on the conduct of business abroad, including the application of U.S. business and trade laws and statutes and governing bilateral or multilateral treaties and conventions; preparing agency, distributorship, franchise, investment, consulting, management, licensing and technology transfer, shareholder and joint venture agreements in conformity with the laws of the Gulf States and the United States; assisting with registration and licensing requirements, formation and operation of business entities and qualification for investment incentive programs, free trade zone premises and treatment and other available benefits.

* We assisted the Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) to establish and operate various multi-national joint ventures with such partners as Mobil, Exxon, Shell, Celanese and other companies from Germany, Taiwan and Japan, and an international marketing organization for the products of such ventures.
